Single-screw processing units

Individual:
We design and build custom single-screw processing units according to your needs, with and without drive components. We can fulfil any customer request with respect to shape and space requirement. Heating bands and fans can be executed as per your requirements or according to our own standard!

Spares:
We offer spare plastification units for defective screws and cylinders as well as refurbishment of damaged units in high quality and on short notice. This guarantees you shortest possible downtimes. Repairs of existing extruders as well as conversions can also be carried out by our qualified specialists.
